HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

Local Delivery: We will reach out to schedule a delivery time convenient for you if you are a Nevadan resident within 50 miles of Reno. For all other deliveries we use a  2 day/ blast freeze process shipping to the rest of the U.S.
SAME DAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE! within our 50 mile radius from our location Reno, NV. Place your order before 11:00am for same day delivery – subject to availability. If your located further please contact us and we’ll make arrangements. 
Our CDC guideline initiative: We can offer contact-less deliveries, just use the “note” feature at checkout about receiving your package contact-less and we’ll make the arrangements for you.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

FREE for local residents of Reno, NV and FREE shipping to Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington. Any further out and freight is carefully calculated to ensure we get your package to you efficiently and fresh. Our Pick-up option is always FREE.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PASTURE RAISED AND GRASS FED?

True grass-fed systems keep the cattle on grass for the entire length of their lives, rotating the herd to different areas as they chew through their meals. Whereas Pasture-raised animals receive a significant portion of their nutrition from organically managed pasture and stored dried forages.

In comparison to 100% grass-fed cows, pasture-raised cows may receive supplemental organic grains, both during the grazing season and into winter months.

WHY FROZEN STEAKS AND SEAFOOD?

Our blast freezing process at -40° which locks in important vitamins and minerals. Our blast freezing reduces crystallization and maintains juiciness, preserving flavor and tenderness. We blast freeze our meats and seafood at the peak of freshness and maintain them at frozen temperatures throughout the supply chain. Buying fresh is not as fresh as you might think. Most products have been carried from place to place with fluctuating, inconsistent temperatures. Frozen is fresher!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WET-AGED AND DRY-AGED?

Dry-aging is when whole beef cuts are hung in open air at a temperature just above freezing and left over age for several weeks. Dry-aging slowly dehydrates the meat. All of our meat is wet-aged for 17 days to preserve moisture and increase tenderness to give you the most unique eating experience ever. 

ONCE I PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

We typically take 1-2 days handling to prepare your shipment. If you have any specific instructions for delivery you can leave it in the “notes” section at checkout and we’ll coordinate with you to deliver according to your preferences.

We have partnered with the best ranches, pastures, fisheries from all over North America to bring you the finest quality meats. Our beef, chicken, and pork are all sourced from ranches in the USA. For more on sourcing check out our product descriptions for further information.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A GIFT?

Yes! We love being part of your celebrations. Just place your order with the information of the person who will receive the shipment and we deliver it to them. DO YOU ACCEPT THE EBT SNAP BENEFITS CARD?

We do accept the EBT Card. For EBT delivery all orders must be called in. We will take payment face to face at time of delivery.
